Must be a bunch of insufferable cunts

Is this an actual thing?

And tell that fat chick to stop taking her yelping home with her.

Do you really have fucking name badges on? I hope you get the special treatment.

all of them eat and drink the same
that's rather boring

>here with hubby

Here's some of the food and drink!

Is this a troll thread? I cannot tell anymore, been here too long.

Mmmm.

I hate this place

the black girl looks so sad :(

help her user

>I felt the burger had too much cheese, also the server was ugly. 1 star.

That escargot looks greasy.

>tfw live in Southern California so 90% of reviews are written by 23 year old Asian-American bitches whose diets consist solely of sushi, KBBQ, ramen, and pho

They kind of were. But delicious!

Still waiting to know which one is op in the pic 2bh

I hope you all get the special treatment AND food poisoning.

Presentation is terrible, this is what happens when Americans try to cook French dishes without the French training.

I swear this is the anti-Veeky Forums. A group of friendly-looking people who are at least partly strangers, eating upscale food and happily interacting with one another in a public place.

I wonder how a Veeky Forumser would be received if he shambled in. And what he would look like.

Is this real? People do this? This exists?

>classic o.za

>Fabulous food, generous portions and amazing atmosphere. Hubby was so full he couldn't finish his!
>The waiter, Pierre was genuine, friendly, quick and sincere.
>Had to park in the carpark at the back of the restaurant though.
1/5 stars.

disgusting

What's wrong with it

>tfw I got yelp elite just by copy and pasting local events from reddit to yelp

YOU look greasy.

>The uploader has not made this video available in your country.
>Sorry about that.

20 minutes in

they really need to make another musical

What a weird affair this must be. What do they even talk about? "I like food, you?" "Yeah, I like food too." And everyone's already in relationships so there's no chance for fucking, probably. End of conversation.

is that guy on the end the head douchebag?

they spend the evening trying to outdo each other in their insufferable cuntiness

Why does everyone hate Yelpers? I'm sure most of us have looked at Yelp reviews at one point or another.

Going to a business with the intent of "yelping" and having name tags and shit just seems really tacky.

>Fatty: Portions are too small, I give it one star

Nothing wrong with leaving a review somewhere, but wearing a badge that says "Oooh I''m gonna post online about this!" is pretty faggy

>What do they even talk about? "I like food, you?" "Yeah, I like food too."

you've just described Veeky Forums

id do the Asian chick. I bet she likes anime

Every single person in that photo merits a face full of oleoresin capsicum.

>I bet she likes anime
*tips fedora*

That escargot looks like it's loaded with boogers n cum.

Have they yelped Ucla yet?

That's not a yelp party
No one is taking pics of food

iktf

yelp is the worst fucking thing in the world and everyone who uses it should neck themselves ASAP

BIGGUNS

that forced diversity
fucking liberals

I don't know anything about plating, but I'm pretty sure they don't need to be plated on a sizzling platter covered in crispy burnt sauce with crumbs everywhere.

I think that's just how they came out of the oven.

Party was great! Good food! Great atmosphere! Too many blacks though :/ 1 star..

imagine walking by them and seeing 14 people taking pictures of their food at the same time.

No shit. That's exactly the point he's making. Looks terrible.

Kill yourself friendo

Some thing like this

P1 "Hi user. What do you do for work"

user "Work?"

P1 "Yeah, what is your specialisation?"

user "Um computers i guess sort of"

P1 "Great you work with computers"

user "Wouldnt really say i work. Since im not paid and don't leave the house"

P1 "Oh, nice weather today!"

imagine all the older women taking selfies and saying yummy

which one? and you can't even see their faces...

it's contrived.

like serving tater tots on a gold platter.

OP here. Thought I'd share another pic from the party. It was so fun.

I would like to finally get paid for being a serial rapist.

They all look like the exact kind of people who would review food on the internet

Holy smokes, I was just thinking the same thing.

OP, sounds like fun! I've had a lot of wow-friends and most especially IRC meetups over the past decade. Got a few true friends out of it all to this day. Most of us work in technology that clicked. I never got deeply into my yelp or TripAdvisor profiles since not all of my reviews are stellar. I try to really only review a place if I personally wish to help their business through good effort and deservedness, or I don't bother with my time. It's like talking to a manager with anonymity. But, since managers and chefs come and go, I never axed anyone online since it's so permanently a review. Almost never, with a couple choice exceptions. But I wouldn't want those people to hunt me down!

Who's this hottie? What's her yelp user name?

Why do half of the people look like they're just waiting for the other person to stop talking so they can say what they've been thinking about for the last thirty seconds

no more mr. rice guy

no more mr. chin

This question is rhetorical

That is pretty funny and quite observant. I bet you are a good listener.

I was Yelp Elite for a couple years. Finally made it to a Yelp event, and that's when I stopped Yelping. I realized I had almost nothing in common with those precious little fucks, even if they were very nice. I started posting here shortly after.

Spotted the Virgin neet

>I realized I had almost nothing in common

But that's wrong. What you had in common was the desire to rate restaurants. You thought your opinion mattered enough to post it for others to read.

I am totally Yelping your post. Deal with it.

>he stumbled in
>he stumbled
>he
Triggered

To be fair I've been in the business: I was a wine rep for a couple years. I've consulted for restaurants and wine bars. I've been a food writer a couple times in my life - like paid to write about cooking, wine, restaurants and the like.

So yeah, there have been a bunch of folks along the way who valued my opinion enough to pay me for it. But it was always a sideline for me. Writing Yelp reviews (and later posting here) made me to feel like I'm keeping my head in the game, because these days I make my money in an unrelated career. But I still have a few hours' work a month in the restaurant and wine business, so I keep on top of it.

(This place has been a real education for me, because so many posters here live in a completely different world, but I generally like their attitudes, so I stick around).

>that forced diversity
>fucking liberals

the head insufferable cunt probably measured everyone's ethnicity, never once batting an eye at his own innate racism

Wow, project much user?

Lmao I've been to 2 of these as the +1 for a solid 6 I was banging at the time. They are as terrible as you would expect.

>Shot glasses of craft beer for everyone to sample
>What do you do user? Software engineer Omg I'm a programmer too!! STEM RULES
>People you don't know call you by the name on your name tag

One time some old couple took us out to their "omg fav restaurant around the corner" and bought us 100 bucks of food and cocktails Lmao!

Then the next time I was predrinking before and got pissdrunk, knocked over a table of samples and then spilled a drink all over another one Lmao

Lesson is never bang a solid 6 even if she's a resistor. Subscribe to my blog below plz.

>This place has been a real education for me, because so many posters here live in a completely different world, but I generally like their attitudes, so I stick around

Where are you talking about, there is no way it is Veeky Forums

lurk more and learn how to dig through shit.

>and drink!
all that water

>not robbing them too
amateur

I wish we had a good variety of Korean food here in Houston.
There's only one street that has Korean restaurants, its good but so expensive cause its a rarity here.

what on Earth is a resistor

What the fuck is a Yelp party?

More importantly, why?

a bunch of self important people get together and pretend to be important

I meant redditor Haha

umm that actually confuses me even more...

if I'm understanding you correctly... being a Redditor is an attractive quality in your eyes???

Apparently somehow doesn't fap to r/workgonewild Lmao :^)

but all chicks and yelpers are redditors bro don't let then bamboozle you they even send you the best memes

aw come on man, I'm doing nofap

point taken...

>has already influenced and became a huge
>the reason for this assignment is because

no professor writes like this

go to a community college

fuck mcladdens u fukken wanker

Professors don't teach at community colleges.

Sure it is. I've lived in cities almost all of my adult life. Driven across the country a few times, but with looking for regional flavor in mind. There's no way I would have known about shit like dipping supreme pizza in ranch dressing, trying to come up with ways to make chicken breasts into interesting meals and shit like the the McGangbang. Six years ago I was so sheltered I didn't know this stuff existed. People honestly arguing about the best dipping sauces for chicken nuggets or fries? I would never have believed it.

I feel like Veeky Forums not only got me in touch with the common man, but validated all the prejudices I had against him in the first place. Saved me a lot of time trying to understand shit.

it's to cleanse their palate between each bite.

I was going to make this exact same post.
