No, most people are overweight and most people don't know how to cook. Scarfing down bags of Doritos, chugging soda, and having fast food for lunch every day while snacking on jumbo-sized candy bars is the opposite of appreciating food.

You can even eat all the stuff I mentioned above without being fat and unhealthy if you eat it in the proper portion sizes.
