If you had to give up one food group. What would it be?

Definitely fruit.

grain

Grains thanks to FDA regulations making it illegal to not remove naturally occurring vitamins and replace them with dangerous, synthetic, biocumulative versions.
America, fuck yeah.

I guess grains, because I could get my carbohydrates from potatoes, corn and legumes (classifications according to this chart).
It really is a stupid question though.

artificially flavored candies.

ur moms pussy cuz it stank n e ways lol
Vegetables.
>Tomato is a fruit
no more pizza, or anything tomato based.

I've mostly abandoned dairy already. wouldn't take much more effort.

>corn
>vegetable
It's a grain you retards

>American "cheese" in the dairy category

Not according to OP's pic.

grain, definitely.

dairy. i dont eat any so that's a easy one.

all grains as well. except wheat bread. i need wheat bread.

dairy easy
>tfw acne

Dairy, since I am mildly lactose intolerant and rarely eat it anymore.

honestly fruitys

dairy, because fuck any food group that contains sour cream AKA literal white aids

Protein and dairy need to go. I'll miss egger weggers and sour cream, but that's about it.

>potato=vegetable
grains are now nutritionally redundant

>Tomato is a fruit
Where did this meme come from?
My whole life I've heard a tomato referred to as a vegetable. Just recently on this shithole did I hear people try calling it a fruit.

It's both

Botanically it's a fruit, culinarily it's a vegetable.

Fruit. They aren't very many dishes that actually use fruit as an ingredient, while choosing any of the others removes a huge portion of options.

oh easy! I would give up grains!!!!

Grains. Would only need to make 3 changes to my food intake:
>no more oatmeal
>go out to get a burrito once a week - change it to a burrito bowl and skip the rice/quinoa
>when I forget to pack a lunch for work, no taco bell

Yeah, holy shit is that stupid. They even have a corn muffin under grains.

Your fly is open.

Grains. I already have given them up. Don't miss them. Lost a lot of fat. I get my carbohydrates from fruits and vegetables.

Fruit

Not getting rid of meat, vegetables, or grains.

That makes it a contest between how much I like delicious fresh fruit and how much I like delicious cheeses.

I'd probably get rid of fruit, seeing as how tomatoes are for some reason in the vegetable section, so other fruits could most likely be sneaked in under the guise of a vegetable as well.

>no more oatmeal
Veeky Forums would like a word with you.

Fruit

Fruit

I’ll miss coconut and pineapple but the rest is easy

Potatoes alone outweigh 90% of fruit

Dairy. Easy.

...

Fruits probably. I would say dairy, but lasagne requires cheese. Can't give up my comfort food.

Dairy, not even close.

Fruit. I've mostly given up dairy, but I do enjoy the occasional cheese platter

I don't understand how people would give up fruit. I have a very low carb diet, but every once in a while I still eat fresh fruit. It's just really good. I have a question for those of you who said they'd give up fruit: If you lived in a world with no refined sugar, would you still give up fruit over all the other choices?
