A new card is only introduced once the cap for an older card has been reached (300-cap). With the current limit of concurrent auctions, it is estimated that the smart contract will automatically add ~100 new runes per year to the game.
Each new rune represents an increase of approximately 10n2 card possibilities.
With its starting 20 runes, Ether Scrolls currently has 4,000 card possibilities.
In one year, it will have 100,000 card possibilities.
In 2 years, it will have 400,000 card possibilities.
And so on…

Also interested how balance is going to work out. Card games usually have carefully designed card stats to prevent dominant strategies. This crafting system is probably going to throw most of the strategy out of the window.

Why do my bidOnAuctionToBuy transactions stay pending? Even with 6 Gwei.
Figured it out. My first transaction was sent with 1 Gwei, delaying the other transactions.

Overall, I give this a 7/10 scam.
He did about a 4/10 with chancoin, 3/10 with garlicoin and turtlecoin, this is a HUGE step up obviously inspired by cryptokitties.
