I just checked mine and the final balance says 0 BTC, is this because they move it out of the deposit wallet they give you for safekeeping? or because it all just got swiped?

their "little issue" last month was the full scale replacement of their entire trading engine with a new version that could handle the massive increase in volume from the past year. it's perfectly understandable for something like that to take longer than planned, especially with a strange error. they handled the situation well, and aren't the only exchange that had hiccups with updates, binance had one too. plus Kraken was put in charge of handling claims from Mt.Gox so they must have been the most trustworthy exchange available. plus they've been running smooth as butter since

honestly it could be gdax, there was an hour today where my market sells were half the quoted price and market buys were 2x the quoted price. if you go to the gdax reddit you will see simliar issues
