I'm pretty active in their discord and sometimes the behaviour of the "leaders" is pretty cringeworthy, but overall I can understand why the things happened the way they did. Development blew up massively last year and most things just can't be accounted for. A fancy wallet should not be priority if you're dealing with shit like where competitors are actively trying to undermine and destroy everything you're trying to build up. I feel like the only real mistake they made so far was handling PR themselves. I just can't grasp how they didn't hire someone for that after the first wave of public attacks towards them.

Nobody was asking for polished perfection, the users simply wanted a wallet that doesn't suck donkey balls.
They could have made existing changes to the current wallet and people wouldn't even be mad (simple things like seed generation, auto re-attaching, etc). But they didn't, despite having like 30-40 paid developers. It was baffling how they fucked this simple issue up.
