I love all things from the water but fuck a raw oyster.

Scallops and lobster are two hyperexpensive foods with zero fucking flavor. They're garbage for eating. I'd rather down a can of sardines than waste time eating lobster.

Crab is nice though. So are shrimp. Clams are good cooked, but I'm not into the raw semen/snot deal.

They have a nice sweetness and something else in the background that vaguely reminds me of alcohol but they gotta be fresh so I don't eat them because I don't live by the ocean

Lobster is pretty good, though if I had to eat one crustacean for the rest of the life, it would have to be snow crab legs

I've taken quite a liking to Crayfish recently after finding an absolute shit load in a stream near my house. Signal crayfish are classed as an invasive species here so I can take as many as I want without worrying about the ecosystem

I eat crawfish when my neighbor's do the neighborhood boil on good Friday, along with Fried oyster and catfish

I've only ever seen it at my work, looks just like snow crab, usually a little bigger, has sweeter meat, and a way better body meat textur

Exactly what you have pictured. Properly seasoned boiled crawfish with Creole potatoes and corn, followed by a big pile of Gulf shrimp prepared the same way.

King crabs that I kill myself. If you don't kill the nervous system first, then they feel pain and the meat texture is way different.

If not, then fresh spot prawns. It's more satisfying when you get to twish of their heads yourself. They are a cold water shrimp, so they tend to have a much sweeter flavor and more tender. These bastards can easily grow between 8 and 12 inches. And later in the season you'll find eggs in the tail, which are delicious for scampi.
