Ethpyramid hasn't worked as intended. The problem is that people don't actually buy and sell on the regular, so the dividends stagnate.
The original idea was that the pyramid would go up and down all the time. Whether you win or lose, if you hold long enough you can make money in dividends. However because buying and selling costs so much, the pyramid simply sits and stagnates most of the time. There is no money to actually be made on the dividends. The original PoWH was better with only a 10% buy in because it encouraged bots and pump and dumps. At 10% buy and 10% sell there is nobody actually trading. It just sits there, often with no transactions happening at all.
I believed in the idea but I consider it a failed investment. On the technical level it works but it doesn't do what it was meant to. Not sure if the new PoWH will fare any better. Pulled out a loss(didn't invest too much though), call me weak hands if you want.

Yeah and I bet this all happened in the first few days while now it's just sitting there doing fuck all.
Obviously someone has to lose but the gimmick was that weak hands lose and strong hands win. As it stands now it's just a buy low sell high game like every other investment ever. I was impressed by my early dividends too, I got 10% or so in a day then like 3% after, since after the price dropped nobody traded anymore.
I only put $100 in, so I'm not wasting a year to try and make it back, I'll gamble somewhere else.
