the methods are different for different series. i can tell you what are the 0s of the sum from k=0 to infinity of (-1)^k*x^(2k+1)/(2k+1)! but that argument isn't going to be any good for most other series

and you can be sure that what you're asking about involves some techniques that you aren't familiarized with
