Pic related: monkfish

Monkfish sucks, the only reason it's gotten popular in the last 20 years is we're running out of good fish

Still better than Salmon

It's nothing special, a bit dense for a whitefish but nothing particularly amazing.

except we're not

Anything is better than salmon
>inb4 b-b-but you haven't had GOOD salmon, unless you're from ______ you haven't had GOOD salmon
Damage control from salmonfags is so predictable

Yeah, salmon is such low xp and all that trout diminishes the xp/hr

>tfw need to try Blurburry Special

>Except we're not

I work the industry, we can't get shit anymore. CR has had some shit runs the past few years, Dungey are getting harder and harder to come by, it's getting worse every year.

For some reason I would often switch to a new skill at around 72-74, so fishing and cooking, like all my other skills were around there.

>Yeah, salmon is such low xp and all that trout diminishes the xp/hr

Powerfishing salmon and trout was the fastest fishing xp in the game until barb fishing came along
