I like 'em but I don't care for red peppers

garbage fruit that should be laced with a strong poison to euthanize any and all consuming it.

What's an everyday dish you can add them to?

I've been wanting to sprinkle them everywhere in my diet now since ive never had a problem with them and they're really good for skin and hair

One of the best. I once bought some from a portugese farm directly (called quinta) shit was mindblowing.
Tasty, healthy and pretty decently priced, what's there not to like?
It's also perfect for very easy, fast dishes.
Some rice, ground beef, bell pepper and onion makes for a pretty good meal, when I'm to lazy to actually cook something.

One of my favorite vegetables.

green shit tier

red top tier

They're nice in stir fries if you cook them properly, if you don't they turn into slugs. Grill 'em and put 'em in tacos maybe?

takes way too much effort to get them to ring.

it's crunchy like a bell, and tangy like a pepper!

Red bell pepper jam is my favourite jam.

Sadly, it's no longer made in my area, so I've taken to making it myself. On the plus side, I now know how to make jam.

Kinda how roasted swede and mashed potato are served with Sunday roasts in Scotland, we serve red and yellow bell pepper confit and eggy peas with ours (Italy).
There's also an Hungarian ragout of bell peppers and smoked sausages called lecsó. It's similar to our confit of bell peppers but has the addition of meat and uses far, far less oil.

If you're look specifically for dishes to add bell pepper to, I enjoy them in stews. You can also add them to Panjabi wet masala (or in place of the tomato) and use them as a base for several north Indian curries. Roasted and skinned red bell peppers taste really rather nice puréed and whipped with Philadelphia, bel paese or bean spreads like hummus.

Better than Bell palsy.

this

Not the chairman, you heartless dick.

I like my peppers raw. I can deal with them grated since I can't really taste them.

Don't really like them desu. Especially the green ones,

the baby palate of this board is fucking real

everyone here eats them

use 'em for salads or just as snacks, sometimes fried

Tangy like a pepper, but crunchy like a bell. I like em.

...

I use about 5 pounds a week, no joke.
Use it in lots of my recipes: rice (w/ carrot and onion), soups, salads etc. Also feed them to my guinea pigs every day. Great source of vitamin c and bioflavanoids which keeps them healthy.

Why hasn't anyone bread a seedless bell pepper?

they're sooo good and they smell amazing when cut

You'd have to dip it in batter, first.

Apparently Monsanto patented one late last year, so it probably won't make it to market for another ten or so years.

I like them, never had a problem with them, but apparently Japanese people hate them?

Its absurd the number of hoops you have to jump through to bring a GM crop to market

stuffed peppers is a goat food

also they're like $1/lb so I eat a lot

They're a necessary evil. They have awful textures when eaten by themselves but the flavor they give to dishes is GOAT.

Pretty good.
Grill them shits or eat them raw.

I love them. I use them very frequently.

bullhorn > bell

Salads
Stuffed pepper
Stirfry
Stews/Chilli
Curry
Sandwiches
Salsa

Notable ways to cook:

Raw
Fried until charred
Roasted in the oven till the skin is black then you peel away the skin for a really rich flavour

I'm not a japanese child, so I don't hate them. They're a little bland, but delicious when caramalized and properly salted.

Free as in freedom.

Used to not really like them as a kid, but i'll happily eat them now. Not a fan of them pickled though due to some bad experiences.
Stuffed is the most fun way.

Green ones go perfectly with sweet and sour dishes.

What? No one in the Japanese side of my family dislikes them at all. My mother, who is white, hates green peppers, though.

They're WAAAAAAY too spicy.

this fucker

It's not a good salad without bell peppers in it.

Also lemon juice and lettuce, but that's another story.

these are the best they slide into my anus better and then I clench and they burn my butt hole

Wish they weren't so expensive.

Taste great in fajitas

They taste ok but since i have problems digesting those i think no one in the world should be able to, so that gives two options: eradicating all pepper from the Planet, or disembowel the stomach out of anyone who likes them.
But im not a mad man, you can choose fags

pretty great desu, i wish they had stronger flavour though. pork with onion&bell pepper sauce is god tier

orange > red > yellow > green
purple = 2hipster4me

yellow is fucking rancid dude

too spicy

They cost so much in Australia

Tbh I can do without peppers if I can keep paprika

Green is absolute vile garbage, all other colors are great.
