HOLY CRAP AT THOSE FILENAMES XDDD

Cauliflower Rice biaaatch

Eat raw

Don't buy organic unless you like bugs

Eat them. They taste good however.
Delicious bugs.

They taste really good in curry-like dishes.

Cauliflower soup...tastes creamy without any milk/cream but has a lot of butter. Cook half of the cauliflower for 45 mins, the rest at 30 minutes. Blend. Sautee onion and leek in a shit ton of butter and bled into the soup. Salt and pepper. Easy cheap healthy

throw them in the trash

Grind it up in a food processor and put it away.

Came here to say this

Throw them in the garbage. I'm not a picky eater and usually I'll eat anything that's put in front of me, but cauliflower is the worst thing

Puree that fucking thing and enjoy

Chop it up, roast it and top with your favorite hot sauce.

I bought a cauliflower the other day. My plan is to roast it and turn half into a soup and the other half top with cheese sauce.

Roast it on the barby, mate.

throw them out, and get some real food.

make some picalili

Eating them raw is the only way I've had them when they tasted good.

>shit ton of butter
>healthy

...

Was about to say this.

grinding them up and substituting them for rice is pretty good

eating them steamed is pretty good

making "mashed potatoes" with them is ok but you have to make them unhealthy in order for it to taste good so probably not worth it

Pickle it. It's great

Roasted cauliflower with smoke paprika is outstanding. Toss some lemon juice on there for even more flavor.

Here's a basic recipe.

I like to turn up the heat to 500 degrees once they start to brown. Give it a really nice crunchy texture. Super easy, and not too bad for you. Just make sure to not put too much olive oil on them, becomes soggy fast.

steam and eat with a little salt.

I know it's not what OP is asking for- but mashed parsnips is a great carb-replacement.

You can cut down on the butter if you want. But the milk is necessary. You can also mix with potatoes to make the batch go further.

It's slightly sweet and oh so delicious.

there's a really interesting good eats episode on this topic, dont know if it's on netflix or not, called 'caul of the flower'
