Make it very clear that you will do what you please with your money, and if they try to interfere you will find a new living situation. Then, and this is important, follow through with that intent. If the relationship continues to deteriorate, remove yourself from the toxic environment as quickly as you can.
That means getting a fucking job. That means moving in with roommates.

You should be able to make 30% profit a month in most markets when comparing renting prices to what your actual mortgage will be.
