It's the idea that a priori knowledge can be used to reach valid conclusions through induction and demonstrated through proofs, the foundational principle being that human beings are logical beings that can reach sound conclusions.

Fedoralords like to use the term to mean "buh I'm smarter than the rest because I'm a logical dude who uses pop science and debate club terminology to argue online". In this context it's virtually meaningless and it just means "I'm more smarter than you."
