Recipe incoming:

Ingredients:
- 3 pre-baked Potatoes - exclude skins
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions:
1. Work all ingredients together, stirring but do not over mix. (I use a fork to mash the potatoes just until it's roughly mashed - not too smooth. This is just trial and error.)
2. Once incorporated, roll into lengths, cut out 1 inch pieces, and score each piece with a fork. (press down)
3. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. How much salt? Until it tastes like salt water.
4. Boil gnocchi in batches until the pieces rise to the top of the water. Make sure that pieces don't sit atop eachother in the pot.
5. Strain, top with your choice of sauce, and enjoy.

It was a VERY successful attempt, honestly. The first time I've made it.

Things I'd do differently:

Mine is marble and expensive. But making the garlic herb butter, everything was sliding around. I need one with a rough surface.

Was close to 365. I needed it at 350, preferably.

Straight up deep fried when I wanted to shallow fry.

I'm lucky that for whatever reason, both my parents were bomb ass cooks, and so I've got a plethora of awesome recipes that gave me a real decent basis in cooking from early on.

Yeah well the beer didn't impart much flavor. The chicken however turned out pretty decent. Crispy skin and real moist on the inside. The wings practically fell off.
