pineapple by virtue of being a complete game changer and basically guaranteeing the pizza is yours alone. Also if someone is suborn/desperate enough to eat it anyways you get treated to a show of them picking it off while making bitch face. Also to a lesser extent anchovies because no one has them.

I like mushrooms. That is usually what I ask for. There is something about a delicious wood fire oven baked pizza only topped with mushrooms that I can appreciate. I like to take the mushrooms. They have such a good, Earthy flavour and all my problems just fade away as I close my eyes and take a bite of that goodness

A bit less traditional/known but pinenuts are fucking amazing especially with pesto.

Wouldn't the clams get overpowered by everything else?
