How long ago did you delete the file containing your private key?
If it wasn't that long ago then I recommend to immediately use a file recovery tool like recuva or something similar. Windows normally just deletes the file pointer and leaves the file on disk, basically it removes the index for the file, and it's eventually overwritten.
The more you use your computer and the more files you save the the more likely the file will be overwritten.
If you recover your private key with recuva or similar software then I'm expecting that half.
