Wendy's as a whole is better than most fast food restaurants but the baconator is a huge letdown. It's isn't even the ingredients, though, it's the fact that the every time I have gotten it, it's a smushed, greasy mess that is impossible to hold.

I stopped patronizing Wendy's after they got rid of the Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger and changed the fries. It's all just expensive shit now

Son of B is super cheesy and salty, juicy from the beef, the dollop of sauce is appreciated. Nothing to detract from the taste of pure juicy burger and bacon. A good sandwich.

Wendy's is possibly the best readily available fast food burger.

but baconator jr has recently become my go to. Full baconator is just a bit too much food but jr is just rite. And I don't normally like mayo but it just works so well with it I ask for extra

It's hard to keep a burger that juicy looking pretty man. Think of all the meat juice soaking into the buns, all of the ingredients are greasy (burger, bacon, cheese) so it's slippery as fuck. Definitely not meant to be a clean burger.

Wendy's does vegetables very well. Lettuce, tomato, onion... all very crisp and cold and fresh for fast food.

The baconator has none of that, and it suffers for it. They used to have something called the Big Bacon Classic, which was similar, and with the vegetables, and it was bretty gud. They got rid of it when Dave Thomas died though.

You pay for what you get, their burgers are magnitudes better than mcdonlads and BK, even if they are stupidly expensive

The wedys I've been to will dress the bun like a single for free. Then the baconator has a good meat to bun to vegetable ratio. But even then its still to pricey for a fast food burger.
