after plugging various numbers into BMR and nutrient-intake formulas, I've noticed how poorly they scale up for the people that need them the most, i.e. fat people. seems like if you enter weights over 250 or so you start to get some questionable numbers. not saying that people aren't responsible for using common sense and eating reasonably, but I wonder if there's some poor bastard out there who can't figure out why he's not losing weight because he's following the charts and formulas and they're telling him to eat the wrong amount of food.
