I'm not sure why you think /pol/ has invented these notions. They have been around for centuries and I come from a culture where women are not given much rights because of things like this. They usually make very bad leaders, they are not fit for armed combat/military service, they are very high in emotion and often (not always but most of the time) make irrational decisions that are influenced by these out of control emotions. It's not sexist, it's just the physical, emotional and psychological differences between the sexes. Trying to say that men and women are inherently equal is like saying oil and water mix.
