Not OP, but that is Hot Ones from First we Feast. Guy on the right is the interviewer, he gets celebrities to go on the show and eat progressively hotter wings while interviewing them.
It's a pretty decent show, as you get to see a good 15 some odd minute interview with someone you may or may not like (Tony Hawk, Key & Peele, Kevin Hart, Action Bronson, DJ Khaled, Rob Gronkowski, etc) have to field some oddball questions when suffering through severe duress.
