What can I put in a stuffed sweet potato to make a healthy full meal?

Protein focus please.

>Cottage cheese and chopped chives

>Tuna-mayo with sweetcorn

It isn't possible to add "protein focus" and keep the meal healthy. Concentrated protein only occurs in animal products, and animal protein is unhealthy. If you want to make the meal healthy(ier) you should be adding other non-starchy vegetables.

just rip the middle out...
the outside is nasty

i like beans and onions and spices like coriander with my sweet potato

objectively correct answer is peanut butter

Considering how downvoted the vegan threads get, I didn't know that there were so many over here.

Baked beans. BBQ is good with sweet potato and it would add protein. Plus you can shove lots of veggies like carrots, celery, green pepper, and onions in to baked beans.

Then you, the individual making the claim, are unable to substantiate it in a conversation with me, a person of clearly higher intelligence. You are dismissed, sit down.

Child.

What I do:

>Bake sweet potato using your normal method for baked potatoes.
>In a frying pan, fry diced bacon and garlic til browned
>When bacon is cooked to how you want it, chuck in a bunch of chopped fresh tomatoes and reduce them down a bit til theyre soupier.
>add in a handful or two of spinach and a couple spoons of green pesto, wilt the spinach for a while.

Cut the baked sweet potato open and dump that on top of it. Incredibly filling, and depending on your view of saturated fat, a fairly healthy meal.

Meat, obviously. Sausage goes well with the inherent sweetness of sweet potato.

take the inside of the potato out and replace it with eggs.

also discard the outside of the potato and replace with steak

t. morbidly obese Americuck who just eats pizza all day.

I would bake it, slice it in half, add maybe couple spoonfuls of plain greek yogurt and cinnamon if I wanted to go sweet. Or diced chicken breast with black beans, salsa and cholula for a mexican/spicier dish. Maybe add sliced avocado.

you need to go back

... you realise you are protein... I'm not saying to eat meat but protein is essential.
