They're advice is actually pretty good. As long as it's not a shitty fat source that is.

I'm barely 6'1 I would even bet I'm just over 6'0. But my last doctor check up said 6'1. I'm also pretty fat for 170 but I went down from 260

"proven wrong" by poorly formulated studies designed to make their products look healthy to plebs when infact they kill people
the egg industry is a fine example of this

Japanese people have a diet high in fat, but it's mostly from fish.

>1957 Japan
>6% calories from plant fat
>2% calories from animal fat
>high in fat
wew

>diet of mainly rice
>high in fat
guess all those paleo/keto faggots can eat lots of rice now :^)

Read the sticky

eat an extremely low fat diet and avoid sugar.
veggie chili is your friend. learn how to make it. a cup of coffee in the morning, and a cup in the evening. only eat twice a day.

170 at your height - you need muscle mass. Protein up for 6 months (greek yogurt morning, meat/milk/eggs rest of the day, minimal carbs, no processed carbs), then follow the advice in this thread.

>a country that consumes 10% of the world's fish
>not a high fat diet
K

The studies blaming fat were misdirection from the sugar industry the real culprit behind heart troubles
