Chorizo is probably on the lower end of the spectrum when it comes to total spiciness. You will not be shitting fire if you eat some and your mouth will certainly not be aflame unless you have the fortitude of a newborn.
And yet every chorizo based dish I had from mexican joints always gives me, as well as other people, fiery shits.

i live in Arizona and you can't get a regular mcchicken here. They're all hot and spicy it pisses me off when I just want a reguar one.
