it's not really new to me but I have to make it from memory because I can't find a decent recipe for roasted red pepper soup that isn't diluted with tomato soup. it's basically just beef stock, roasted red pepper cooli, minced garlic, and some ground mustard.

The Napoleon turned out great. The Torrone is a different story though. You have to use ultra thin rice paper, it makes a huge difference.
