I bought some Turkey Hearths!

I bought some Turkey Hearths!

How should I prepare them?

In a pan!

with a shitload of butter and garlic

Marinate in soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, honey, mirin, black pepper, hot red pepper, cilantro and lime juice for 2-4 hours. Skewer and grill over charcoal. Blow me a kiss for thanks when you've tasted it!

Dogs should eat raw food because they never harnessed the use of fire in nature.

where can I buy fish sauce? my local supermarket doesn't have any

>cut hearths into quarters
>remove the white connective tissue
>dice an onion
>sauté onion in a pan with some garlic
>add hearths
>season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika and dried thyme
>cook for a few minutes on high heat
>add a tablespoon of mustard and tomato puree each
>add a splash of water, turn heat to low and cover
>cook until hearths are tender (at least an hour, possibly more)

serve over rice

Asian market. Or buy it online.

Any asian market or international store should have it. If you can't find it, it will still be a great marinade with just the other ingredients.

Enjoy your mad turkey broken heart syndrome disease

yes. buy it online. by the time they arrive, the guy who bought it probably will die of starvation. or at least loose interest in preparing them.

What makes you think it will take an unusually long time to arrive?

well they probably send it from china or something

Why would that do that? It's very common in the US, just pick a vendor that ships from there.

When I worked in the oil field I had no problem getting it via Amazon. Took 2 days with Amazon Prime.

are those hearths of Turkish citizens?

Put them on a stick and grill them. Serve with hot sauce or just with salt.

this! also works with mashed potatoes

i was gonna suggest a charsiu marinade..

add some sesame oil, apple brandy, chinese 5 spice, rice vinegar, and a fuckload of chopped u p scallions.

charsiu hearts are amazing.

your charsui marinade is missing perhaps the most important ingredient: red fermented tofu.

No, red food coloring is not an acceptable substitute.

no genocide
