I cut out dairy, I'm eating a lot of meat but I'm not draining milk anymore and honestly I feel weaker. My muscles just don't have the same power now

I have sebhorric dermatis, which is basically chronic facial dandruff, cutting out dairy has brought it down to an absolute minimum, so Im not scared to go outside anymore.

So from my personal experience, dairy definately has negative effects.

If you're not sure then don't eliminate it.
When you eliminate this food just for kicks, your body says "oh we're done?" and stops making enzymes to digest it. Next thing you know, you're lactose intolerant, and you're going to have diarrhea the rest of your life when you want to eat that little cream filled chocolate, or they made your mashed potatoes with cream, dammit. Don't eliminate whole food groups, period. There's no going back.

Clean up your diet means start recording what you eat, grow a little each week making some better choices, actively trying to include foods you don't often use or haven't tried. Figure out what to do with swiss chard another 4 ways, splurge another buck to get the cherries in season, not those bananas yet again. Mix it up. It's a long road of learning experience. Eat as _varied_ a diet as you can manage. Eat some hazelnuts and fresh mushrooms! Omnivore it up!

If you can't cut it out then cut down. The human body was originally unable to process dairy after infancy. Later, some gained a tolerance to it. Europeans and eastern Europeans can process it better than others but it's still not very efficient. There's a reason other cultures don't include much in their diet.
Tldr; the human body is new at dairy and sucks at it.

Dairy as a food group isn't bad for you, but milk has a surprising amount of calories and sugar content. Maybe you could cut back a bit if you drink a lot of milk but are otherwise a healthy dieter, if not, it might be better to cut out something like soda instead

OP..dairy farming has been going on for thousands of years. Archaeologists have found it ongoing in every continent, even the parts of the world we now consider mostly lactose intolerant. Guess what? They just simply stopped, and now their genes suck. Be poor, or make those choices voluntarily, and that can be your fate too. Teeth are ugly in places they don't drink milk and make cheese, so take that as a reason to keep it up.

There is literally zero constituents found in dairy that would be considered 'bad' or 'unhealthy' by a rational non-liberal human being. It's composed of fat, protein, and carbohydrates. Any of those macronutrients can cause problems if consumed without moderation. Dairy is one of the best food groups you could consume considering how cheap it is, how unadulterated it is, and how nutritionally dense (from both a micro and macro perspective) it is.

Well, it does for those of us who don't react well to dairy, for whatever reason. Personally it doesn't affect me, but I'm sure some people have issues with dairy and for that reason chose not to eat it. Varying your diet doesn't magically cure all skin problems.

Dairy is great. That being said, most diary products on the market are crap. Yogurt without fat and with lots of sugar? Skip it. But whole-fat, plain yogurt is a great thing. Cheese in moderation. Drinking whole milk in moderation is fine, if your gut can handle it.

I was drinking a glass of whole milk a day when I cut it out for simplicity's sake. I don't eat cheese either, though I do have a container of yogurt made with non fat milk daily.
