I fucking hate this meme. I quit soda 2 years ago and i still crave that shit.

While people will obviously crave things they enjoy, extremes show signs of nutritional deficiencies or mental illness.

Do you eat a variety of nutritious foods? If so, do you have depression, anxiety, or any other mental illness? If not, do you need to work on your willpower?

Figure out the source and make a plan to deal with it, with things you can do every day.

In any case, try to reach a compromise with yourself. Instead of getting a burger from a fast food place, use good ingredients and make one for yourself without going overboard on any sauces or salt.

Analyze yourself and reach your problem half way. Once you have made that half step, make other half steps until you reach a point of satisfaction.
