Not true. Universe is an isolated system. Essentially it's more closed than a normal closed system.

"reverese entropy" isn't happening on earth or in the solar system, or even in the universe. The sun's useful energy decreases with time as it fuses hydrogen so entropy increases. On earth the reserves of concentrated energy (fossil fuels, nuclear fuels, solar) are being converted into much less useful infra red energy so entropy is going up here too.

To claim that entropy is reversing you need to provide evidence on where we are getting more useful energy from more useless energy. The second law states this doesn't happen on large scales.
