I think they prefer to be called Caucasians OP. Be a little considerate next time, okay?

Minestrone and Keebler Club crackers are my favorite. Homemade chicken noodle and saltines or water crackers w/ pepper are also good.

Remember to skim that fat

Well I'm out of soup. Here's some oxtail pappardelle.

but that's the best part!

If you're making a stew, sure. It concentrates down into a thick soup which incorporates the fat and adds to the flavor. If you're simply making a thin soup however, you certainly want to skim it off.

Clam Chowder with oyster crackers and hot sauce
Chili with saltines and hot sauce
Beef stew with french bread
Chicken tortilla soup with crush corn chips
Hot and sour soup with fried wontons

I'm not mexican but my sister sometimes brings home pozole from her work, she gets extra broth because she knows I like it that way
I like to dip a slightly burnt tortilla in it

Cheesy vegetable soup with a couple dinner rolls, no butter. Don't need butter when you got melty cheese.
