What you propose might be true to some degree but if so then simply more educational effort is needed. As well, even if it is true entirely, people should be judged by character, not stereotypes. That said, stereotypes originate from reality, so when you're in a PvP zone like out in public, if someone looks sketchy its entirely reasonable to act slightly different initially. You can do this while still giving everyone the chance to prove themselves.

First, IQ distributions are not well correlated with success. Multiple experiments have tracked high IQ children over the course of their lives and found that all of them had varying degrees of "success" in terms of employment and stability. Another experiment gathered high IQ children in a single school environment and groomed them and what they found when they became adults was the same - no breakthroughs in math or science. Almost everyone did the normie thing of getting a job and settling down. While I know you did it claim that blacks are worse off for a lower IQ distribution, I was sensing an implicit claim. So, first, throw that out. IQ has very little to do with future success.

Second, IQ tests are largely the ability to recognize patterns and apply logic to puzzles. One experiment examined the IQ of mathematics and physics science students before and after they completing their degrees. Afterwards, there was an average increase of about 10 points - conclusion: doing lots of logic puzzles doesn't necessarily make you smarter, but it makes you better at logic puzzles, and better at SPECIFICALLY IQ tests.

What can we learn from this: school increases your performance on IQ tests, which is probably why they're not correlated with success. Blacks live mostly in areas with low income and receive a poor education, with many dropping out. As a result, their scores are lower.

On factual ground, because there are too many other socio-economic factors and biological factors, not relating to race as usually defined, that are not effectively excluded. These limited studies conducted by individuals of dubious motivations fail to provide reasonable theories and data to support them. You can make a similar chart with income distribution/crime rate and that doesn't mean a thing because there are so many potential factors.

On practical ground because nothing good can come out of differentiating a bunch of people by their races. Instead of worrying about the intelligence of your 'race' you should instead try to educate yourself and enact policies that help everybody individually.

If you have actually worked in the academia you know that 1, majority of people are just stupid. It doesn't matter that one group has higher IQ than the other, majority of them are useless intellectually. 2, people from all races, including blacks, can be bright and highly successful.

Even if it's true you should still judge people on a case by case basis.
