Who else thinks donuts suck?

Who here hates the FUCK out of donuts?

The only ones I actually enjoy are the plain cake donuts. Pic related.

I like those, with a very light glaze.

I don't hate them, but I do agree that the plain cake ones are awesome. I don't like icing or gritty sugar at all, unless it's soft chocolate or maple icing. The raspberry jam filled ones are great too, but hurt my stomach.

Cake's too dense. Light pillowey yeast is best

There's really only a few that area good. Most are just shit.

Old Fashioned glazed are amazing.

Chocolate Old Fashioned glazed are almost as good.

Apple fritters, while not donuts are also pretty great.

I like cake doughnuts, but I also really like chocolate cake, blueberry cake and raspberry jelly filled ones. I only eat them once or twice a year, but when I do, I enjoy it. Doughnuts are cool, OP.
