I wanna live to the singularity

Basically, I adhere to a pescatarian mediterranean diet.

Okinawa is really interesting, but I don't how to do Japanese well yet.

>expensive

oatmeal and plain spaghetti noodles

>red wine
Why? I want to be healthy but I'm am Mormon.

Besides the lox, what's so expensive about it?

The resveratrol in red wine.

fresh fish of any kind except tilapia and catfish(although on the rise; and imo shouldn't be used in Mediterranean cooking).

Yeah but can I substitute grape juice?

...

Looks pretty but doesn't seem like it'd taste good.

It's probably better for you in the long run to just abandon religion now.

This is Veeky Forums. Not /pol/ or /x/ m9.

Hey, I mean it would literally be better for him in the long run because if he wasn't a Mormon he could drink red wine in moderation and get some decent health benefits.

Catfish and Tilapia aren't the best for omega 3 fatty acid content. The most optimal fishes from a health and environmental standpoint would be small, fatty cold water fish like sardine, herring. Trout is good too, tuna, and salmon if harvested sustainably.

Probably an acquired taste, plus most Japanese food isn't loud.

I'm asking if it can be skipped... I wouldn't drink regardless as it changes your state of mind.

I know catfish and tilapia is bland af.The fishes you listed are expensive in my area even fresh sardines.
>Midwesterner trying to live a Mediterranean diet

Wild mushrooms look like fun, but I don't want to die accidentally.

I'd prefer them sauteed in butter quickly. I like wild mushroom, the taste of it at least.

It's your life I guess. I just don't understand why people WOULDN'T want to change their state of mind, it's pretty fun.

Anyway, from the Wikipedia article it seems like you can get that resveratol stuff from just eating red grapes.

Cool. Thanks.
