Why do people with a low IQ enjoy rap music so much?

it's probably has a p-value > .05 nigga
go fuck yourself.

>Be me
>Have 156 IQ
>Like rap

What now nigga?

I'm assuming culture more than anything else.

A lot of my more intelligent friends actually listen to more rap than I do, the listen to a lot of Tupac and Greydon Square.

Honestly, if you haven't listened to him, you should look up Greydon Square. He's the kind of autist I would legitimately expect to find on Veeky Forums. Grew up as an orphan in Compton, shipped off to military, came back, went to Uni for Physics/CompSci and phys. PhD and became an athiest rapper.

"Omniverse" is neat.

intelligent people can see through jewish tricks

[eqn]\mathbb{LOW}\text{ IQ} \implies \mathbb{LOW} \text{ SELFESTEEM} \implies \mathbb{NEED} \text{ }\mathcal{FOR} \text{ }\mathbb{ARTIFICIAL} BOOST \implies LOVE \text{ }\mathcal{FOR} \text{ }\mathbb{HIPHOP}[/eqn]

Because they're most likely niggers

>Why do people who grew up in poor conditions enjoy music made by people who grew up in the same conditions

Gee whiz, it's a mystery

I like hiphop. The lyrics are the best out of all genres, by "best" I mean most complex. Granted, I don't listen to gangsta rap, which is probably what you're referring to but as a genre you can fit more nuanced meaning and ideas due to it's lyric-heavy nature. In fact, I can't think of any music outside of hiphop that has any kind of complex song in the meaning and ideas it puts forth and that isn't just me not listening to anything outside of hiphop, I listen to all genres of music, the song itself is what I base the quality and preference on, not genre.

most gangsta rap music is made by posers who were already rich or middle-class and then cash out on that generic (and false) image

>I like hiphop. The lyrics are the best out of all genres, by "best" I mean most complex.
Maybe if the only hiphop you listen to is Aesop Rock

>I can't think of any music outside of hiphop that has any kind of complex song in the meaning and ideas it puts forth

>The lyrics are the best out of all genres,
sheeeit nigga fuck u mean

>this is not a shit post

Yes it is.

Sage goes in every field.

Do not feed.

Report, hide and move on.

>comic goes from left down to right down
/pol/tards really are legit retarded.

Music with very repetitive rhythms elicits less cortical activation than more complex music, it seems.
Tried with rock, rap, punk, classical music and shitty yt recommendations.

A mate and I were left alone in a physio lab with PC-connected EEG thingies to retake some practicals, and ended up having a blast.

If i ever have the chance again i will definitely compare porn categories

There are dozens of artists just as complex/more complex with their own styles. There is one guy in particular that is very unique and brisk in his style and instrumentals that accompany it, actually he was moving towards making more rock music and to go away from rap but he died in 2010. I would have liked to hear his new shit, but it'll never be made.

Post examples if you disagree. Genuinely, I'd be interested in such artists/music.

Actually it probably isn't but it's very disorganized.

Watch and learn.

1. Simple people like simple things.
2. Rap is simple.
3. Simple people like Rap.

Also sage.

What were the results?

>being illiterate
h-haha yeah those /pol/tards sure are d-dumb

You realize that what you said does not invalidate what he said in any way right?

You're right. Sorry.

Veeky Forums go listen to these artists:
MF Doom (including his alter egos like Viktor Vaughn and King Geedorah), Mick Jenkins, Ka, Earl Sweatshirt, Andre Nickatina, Isaiah Rashad, Vince Staples, Madlib, Quasimoto, Joey Bada$$, Bishop Nehru, Deltron 3030, Kanye (critical for understanding modern raps shift from gangsta rap), GZA, Charles Hamilton, Kendrick Lamar, GoldLink, The Underachievers, etc.

If you don't appreciate rap after listening to these artists then you are truly hopeless.

Y'all gon' make me lose my mind
Up in here, up in here
Y'all gon' make me go all out
Up in here, up in here
Y'all gon' make me act a FOOL
Up in here, up in here
Y'all gon' make me lose my cool
Up in here, up in here

Just look at how rap music looks on paper. It's objectly less skilled than other firms of music and can always be reduced to talking overy a canned beat.

Next, observe how low IQ talk. Their words slur and their sentences consise. They repeat themselves ALOT. Lastly, low IQ people have more aggression in their voice. It's just a fact.

Just look at the average black. They are always attempting to be intimidating. Their walk, their snarling faces, their short and blunt languages, It's not culture. They evolved to survive on the savannah by intimidating predators. White people evolved to be clever and use creativity.

unadulterated, educated hiphop.

and autistic.

The same reason rock and roll was 50 years ago. It's the broadest appeal music designed to cater everyone.

>It's not culture. They evolved to survive on the savannah by intimidating predators. White people evolved to be clever and use creativity.

You were doing decent up until that point. It IS a cultural thing and always has been. Ever met a black dude who lived in a white as fuck neighborhood and typically hung out with white dudes? They're usually pretty fucking white in behavior.

That was the joke of the motives behind The Man in the movie Undercover Brother. The Man trying to change black culture (70's) to make it nice and white.
