The entire video was obviously just a disguised video to try to bash Trump. Yet, Trump would actually fall pretty close to the "doctor" category and that's why he's hated by many.

He actually says the hard truth on a lot of different big problems like migration policies and forreign policies and that there need to be radical changes made to fix these issues and bring prosperity back to the US. That's why so many people call him unjustifiably racist etc., because he speaks the truth and what has to happen to fix it.

Sure, he's a great public speaker and chooses his words wisely, but that does not exclude him from falling into the "doctor" category from that video.
