Helpful information mrow

rice and beans. meat if its on sale. the rest goes to spices and eggs. veggies.

you can seriously live off of rice and beans and multivitamin flinstones.

My go to protein chicken breast or ground beef 80/20. A couple packs of instant chicken ramen. A dozen or two of eggs and perhaps any cheap on sale veggies. A bag of chips and a 2 liter of pop. Also some bread and meat alongside a block of cheese if I'm feeling it. If I pass by the dozen aisle and see hot pockets I may grab a value pack of those as well. Now I think about the dozen aisle I usually grab a couple Asian sir fry sauce as it's quite close to it and usually need to buy soy sauce do I'll grab those as well.
