At which book does this series turn to shit?

At which book does this series turn to shit?

The first one

5 desu

OP's question wasn't "At which reply does this thread turn to shit?"

Shouldve stopped at azkaban desu baka senpai

...

Holy....

SAVAGE

i read the first three books as a chirren. i started the fourth but completely lost interest. so maybe chalice of flames is where it goes to a level beyond shit.

It doesn't.

Anyone convinced HP /turns/ to shit are deluding themselves.
Typical /r/Veeky Forums-bait response.

This. Goblet of Fire was the last 1 that felt fun and adventurous.

This
>book 5 is basically a soup of teen angst with pieces of plot, character and world building mixed in, the inverse of what these books should be

On the contrary, the series gets better and better with each book. But given that the first book is really, really shit, it's not much of an achievement.

it never does desu

Only in the last book.

the worst book for sure
by book 5 hp became "ow the edge" the series

They're all bad.

The series gets progressively better as Rowling gets better and takes more chances with her audience and format. After reading the last few books, going back to the first three is painful.

I never read these as I had an aversion to the YA tag, but recently I have been listening to them via Audible and they are all brilliant.

Before the first one.

Right here senpai

I think what I like most is this guy unironically thinking this is a comeback, but has in fact insulted the entire thread. The autismo follow ups are nice too.
