In terms of presentation yes, that doesn't make you a woman and it doesn't make it moral to trick heterosexual men into thinking they are with a biological woman. It's even worse that you acknowledge that you can't be a biological woman in this case.

How is it worse? Your working definition of biological woman seems to be having two X chromosomes. If I believed that I could achieve such a feat, that would make me delusional. Why is delusion somehow better than recognizing that gender dysphoria is the desire to exist socially and physically as the opposite sex/gender. That results aren't perfect doesn't mean one shouldn't do it. I'll agree with you that I'll never be a natural woman, but with boobs and every aspect of my body thoroughly estrogenized, social factors aside, I'm really not that much of a man either.
