Hey Veeky Forums. Is this MRI scan indicative of frontal lobe damage/frontal lobe lobotomy?

Maybe veins/arteries
Fronto temporal dementia?
Is it vascular?

Age of patient?

Oh boy. I wonder how I managed to get all this brain damage. The last thing I remember is waking up very agitated, and being dragged to a CIA site.
Then, I slipped into sleep/coma, and woke up at a strange hospital where there was torture for no apparent reason.

Then I found out in the news that my friend was responsible for the biggest DDoS attacks in history. I wonder why they came for me, though.

I remember being hit, as well as passing out, then finding myself at what seemed to be like a CIA site (it had the CIA logo on the wall). Then I passed out, and found myself at a hospital, where I almost starved to death.
I also remember that the drinking water tasted very strange just a few minutes after I passed out... it was some sort of a sweet taste.
I also remember someone in a military uniform going upstairs. The stuff was just very, very scary and sinister.

Before that, I was a lonely teenager who had no friends in real life and never went outside, and who had dumbass cybercriminal friends. One of those dumbass friends initiated what was at the time the largest DDoS attack in history. Here's the news article:

Does schizophrenia cause severe structural brain damage? As far as I know, ventricular enlargement is the only structural abnormality associated with the disease. And even if I was, you can be schizophrenic and be tortured - one doesn't exclude the other.

I'm no professional but the frontal lobe doesn't seem anything special or that it has taken damage from these lowres mri scans. Also those lines are just guri and sulci.

And the CIA blacksite memory seemed very real. I instantly recognized the CIA insignia on the wall. The feelings of going through all that are hard to forget. I know all this could be a part of the small coma I slipped into a week before the hospital. But I don't know anymore.

If this OP really is the case though, I'd see it for a while and think about going to a clinic calmly. See how it develops and try to write down your thoughts and see them couple days later. There's also online support groups (other than sci and the basic boards)

Is the frontal lobe damage really serious? What could induce such damage? I doubt it's dementia, since the symptoms have been relatively stable and the condition is not really getting worse. Plus, I'm only 21 - that's a bit too young to be demented.

How hard do you have to be hit on the head for such damage to occur? And does the CIA allow damaging the brain as a part of its torture/neutralization strategies?

Schizophrenia doesn't explain such extensive brain damage.

Frontal lobe's cortex, the dorsolateral, orbitofrontal and ventrolateral prefrontal cortex are all important in high abstract thinking such as emotional control, decision making, social inhibitation and morality. It seems to be some sort of center of different associations that involve some specific task and is extremely flexible for different thoughts. It might be some function center to develop some certain thoughts.

It has its deal on memory too but thats more on the subcortical level in the forebrain or the midbrain. It's pretty complicated overall for laymen and for professionals too. Don't get yourself the Münchausen's syndrome but if some serious indications of symptoms take over, just seek for healthcare. These things may happen to everybody. If your life is stressful temporarily it may go over but better be on the safe side on these matters. Relax and sleep over at least.
