The Corndogians of Corndogia...isolated like the people of Easter Island for centuries before their society collapsed and all that was left was a bunch of retarded looking statues in the shape of breaded hotdogs.

>no corn

That's wrong though

>no dogs
>implying it's a bad thing

It's cornmeal batter you stupid mong.

GOD DAMNIT I HATE CORNDOGS SO FUCKING MUUUUCCCCHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

>no corn

Try making them with good smoked link sausage and a hushpuppy batter coating.

It's literally corn and hot dogs you fucktard. Shouldn't you have used a frog image to accompany this low effort thread?

How do they taste?
I'm genuinely curious to be honest.

I love me a good ole corn dog sided up with some ketchup, mustard and BBW sauce. Sop all that shit up.MMMMMMMMM MM!

A cornbread covered hotdog. they're pretty tasty after slamming a 6 pack.

>MMMMMMMMM MM!

When I was in the states I was actually quite fond of them

This thread smells like LSU fans.

Corn bread
Hot dog
>Corn dog
It's like a fried hot dog, except the meat isn't fired and crunchy. It's a bit greasy though.

I'll be honest, these are my true guilty pleasure. They are, unironically, my favorite food. If I ever go to a place to eat and find out they sell corndogs I always go for it. I have no regrets, I fucking love corndogs.

I love corn dogs, but nobody sells them where I live.

bloody fookin ell m8 ad me a giggle at at one

I love corn dogs, they are utterly DELISH

i've never had one of those, what are they made of?

The breading is typically cornmeal-based, sometimes with mild spices.

The dog is typically made of pork or beef that wasn't used in mainstream cuts, ground into paste, and cooked to return it to being a solid. Usually lightly seasoned.

It's essentially a meat pie on a stick.

I prefer corn dogs because you don't need a bun for it. Because the bun is all around it and you can eat it from a stick.

that does not sound good.
thanks for the info though

>hot dogs fried in cornmeal batter
>no corn no dogs

This has turned into the most board topic illiterate board over the past few years.

wait, there's bread inside the batter too?

Wat?

KERN DAGS

>bbw sauce
This is my fetish

how would one go about cooking them using ingredients available in the UK?

they're deep fried so might be hard to do homemade properly

otherwise it's just a hotdog on a stick with a frying batter that has cornmeal instead of flour

>"No, mummy, don't make me eat that! I don't like that, it's icky!! Waaaahhhhhh!!!"

>go to Japan
>they call Corn Dogs "American Dogs"
c-cute

What are you going on about? Deep frying at home is easy.

Get some hot dogs. Put them on sticks. Dip in cornmeal batter. Deep fry them in a pot of oil at 350F. Use a candy or deep-fry thermometer to make sure the oil is at the correct temperature.
