The only thing that time is, is the inevitable entropy of the universe, whether it flows forwards or backwards, or at a certain speed, relative to another thing. There's nothing fancy about it. Instead, we may want to look at relativity, and why exactly it is that entropy looks like it goes at different speeds depending on certain factors. Most notably, relative velocity.
