Does anyone else wish they made coffee ice cream that had a stronger coffee flavor? Trader Joe's has this espresso desert bar thing that's pretty good but it's more of a Popsicle than ice cream.

Coffee ice cream tastes like what my mom used to give me when I was 15 and really tired. I know ice cream is supposed to be a dessert and therefore very sweet but I guess I just would like some variety.
