Not that user ,but IMO a vice is any pleasurable and non-violent personal or mutual activity that has the potential to hinder or is destructive towards one's progress or personal life-plan / goals in life. Also, if I'm correct (don't take my word for this) vices function as mild form of compulsive behavior and can evolve into addictions if they are not controlled.
