What's up in the Crohn's thread
I had my ileostomy done in January

Looks like it's too late for my rectum to be saved
If you get offered an *stomy, fucking take it without waiting six months.

my dad has bad crohns, but he ate whatever he wanted basically. he got diagnosed at 18 or so and he's 65 now, so he lived thru some of the worst years for chrons treatment ever. only had a few bad attacks. avoided getting surgery to remove any of his guts and instead took the bad symptoms over it. but damn if my dad ever had a comfortable poop again i assume

it'll get better for ya, man, find the meds that work best for you and it'll help a whole lot. he was on immuno blockers though. when i was a kid i'd have to avoid him b/c he'd get dangerously sick, and now here i am with hashimotos, down the same path haha

I feel you

going in for my second colonoscopy in a week

maybe once you start meds you can get back to a pretty normal life

My doc told me it is highly likely I have Crohn's but I haven't had any diarrhea or responses to any change in my diet. Was he a quack?

Congrats, within 2 months you'll never have another symptom.

I bet that diagnosis has you inflamed.

smoke a bunch of WEED

DUDE

thx i'll try it

Nice dubs you fucking spic

I was on infliximab and it was saving me
Got taken off it cos I had an allergic reaction and now I've been ill for 4 years

Yea you gontta smoke hella weed to combat that shit, fuck actual medicine get that ganja and your food will be even better real talk!

metronidazole is probably your best friend. Eating becomes difficult because you know your going to shit your brains out...but it's still impotent to eat. Take B vitamins or a multi vitamin supplement.

There's a strong chance you would wind up with an Iron deficiency. To avoid that, eat stuff like spinach...it will help you avoid a medical infusion, which takes like 4 hours per bag drop.

>posts animu
>expects others to follow his advice
