It has shitty ingredients, like corn, green (unripe) chili peppers, green tomatoes, white (not yellow) onions, and limes. You can't make good food using shitty ingredients.

Because it's a complete fucking lie. Over here in the states, when we get Mexican food, we get delicious stuff like like tongue and carne asada tacos, but when we went to places in Mexico, all they sold was either bland stuff you eat at home (Chile de chicaron, eggs and nopales) or weird international mashups (a calzone made using a huge tortilla and a million capers).

And then, when we went to a fancy restaurant in Cabo to eat seafood, they served lobsters from Maine and fish from Chile. Despite being a restaurant right on the marina!
