Describe your favorite burger? Some people like veggies, some don't, some like cheese, some don't, some like bacon, some don't, some like ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc some don't and all in different combinations

So, ITT describe your ideal burger, from how it's cooked to the toppings to the condiments

Short rib meat. S&P on the outside, pan-seared. The outside of the patty should have a firm crust, the inside should be medium-rare or medium. Two slices of processed cheese melted over the patty.

Brioche buns, browned in the drippings left over from cooking the patty.

Toppings: Bacon, freshly deep-fried onion rings, spicy BBQ sauce, roasted garlic spread.

Bloody Mary on the side.

Two 1/4lb patties, pepperjack melted on each, horseradish spread, dijon mustard, toasted bun.
I like it simple.

From the top down
>top bun
>mayo OR mustard
>lettuce
>tomato
>onions if they are cooked
>a mild cheese
>burger cooked medium
>bottom bun
Fries or chips and a pickle as a side

>burger between rare and mid-rare
>cheddar cheese melted on top
>fresh onions
>fresh tomato
>a small layer of lettuce
>smash an avocado and pop it on top

>no top bun
>basil
>fresh mozzarella
>tomato
>no meat
>toasted bottom bun

flat cooked patty
should be made by at least 50% beef with fat
thin crispy bacon
warm toast buns that aren't greasy
tomato
combination of cheddar and mozzarella
cooked onion
lettuce with a few drizzles of mustard and mayo or coleslaw
egg with slowly dripping yolk and roasted garlic on top

>sesame bun, untoasted but fresh
>beef burger, not super thick like the amerilards and memesters like them
>applewood smoked cheese melted on top
>thinly sliced red onion
>lettuce
>pickles
>mayo/ketchup blend on top and bottom buns

alternative:
>no pickles/mayo-ketchup sauce
>add bacon and BBQ sauce

I want crunch, it can come from fried food or from crispy lettuce.
A sauce with a bite.
As close to liquid melty cheese
Fresh ground salted peppercrust burger
Fancy toasted buns

Done.

For me, its the McChicken

For me, it's the Big McChicken

You know what I never understood? Why BBQ's and some joints have these thick as fuck slices of raw onion to put on burgers. I fucking love onion, and I even like it raw. But that shit is just jarring.

Thin slices or diced are the way to go.

As long as it has bacon on it, I don't mind.

What the fuck is wrong with you?

What?

I'll grill your buns alright ;;;);););));)

The cheeseburger with everything at au cheval.

Anything really as long as it doesn't have tomatoes on it.

Everything except for tomato and if it has shredded lettuce.

The kind that comfortably fits in my fucking mouth. I'm sick of every restaurant stacking their burgers like fucking Shaggy from scooby doo.

kek

buns, beef, a lot of cum... yum yum

I think that's mainly for people who want to have "fun" while eating, because they think it's funny to take a huge bite from an oversized sandwich and get it all over their face. Guy Fieri does this a lot, and then he always says "is it on my face?"

It's a bit old now though, but at least it lets you know to stay away from it/the restaurant if you just want to eat a normal, good sandwich.

Spicy BBQ bacon burgers, in varying ways.

>toasted brioche
>Garland secret six, or any other good sauce
>red onions, grilled onions, onion rings, whatever it's all good
>grilled jalapenos, this is a must
>thick bacon, I pepper the shit out of it while cooking
>sharp cheddar on one side, habanero cheese on other
>thick patty, little pink on inside
>I try new seasonings all the time, badass spice shop in Ft. Worth

Texas style is fine too.

>white bread
>tangy yellow mustard
>onions
>pickles
>american cheese
>thin patty with minimal seasoning

Pretty common order at all the cheaper, rural places I worked. Some places had an "official" one, others didn't.
