I ate 2300 cal/day for the longest time but lately I've been freaking hungry and eat 2600-3200 cal/day.

Obviously I'm gaining some weight.

I'm skinny fat and wouldn't say I eat very much for someone like me who's 27. Usually 3 meals throughout the day but I don't count calories. I'm an alcohol so beer and wine accounts for a big surplus, however I don't drink full on liquor nearly as much as I used to. I also don't work out aside from the basic physical demands of warehouse work.

5'10", 140-5ish lbs, anywhere between 500-1500. I have a very physical job and know it's not enough. I don't understand how it's possible to get 2k calories without eating junk.

Read the Veeky Forums sticky, it'll basically tell you that you're eating way too far below your TDEE and while you may lose 3 pounds pretty quickly it won't give you the body you may want which will probably cause you to want to get down to 106 or lower. In a seemingly paradoxical way you need to eat a little more to lose weight "better".

Just to add to this, there is a reason the lumberjack style breakfast exists. I don't know what the application is if you don't have serious daily exercise but eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, pancakes, OJ, and coffee are absolutely necessary when the bossman comes around and says "Clear all of those fully grown oak trees out of the field we're going to start using it, stumps included, by the way we are almost out of explosives"

I work at Taco Bell, so the temptation to eat endless chips and nacho cheese (plus bs like steak, jalapeno sauce, etc) sucks, but I've been bringing my own food more again, which helps me abstain a lot. On a bad/"cheat" day, I might get up to 2000, sometimes 3K on a special/very bad day.

Went from 245 to 210 in the past 100 days eating ~1600 cals a day. I weigh and log everything into MFP.

Trying to eat 1900 right now. 6'5" at 208. Wanna drop around 190-200 and then start gaining some as I workout more.

Oh and I used to be 260 but I stopped at skinnyfat and never made the proression to being lean or muscular. Ate way too little to drop the weight and did a lot of cardio. I think if I'd lost the weight slower, focused more on getting strong, and did less cardio I would be better off physically now.

I normally fast 1 day of the week, eat ~1200cals 2 days of the week, ~2000 for 3 days, and then for one day I splurge and have 3000-3800 cals.

I know that's a weird disordered way of eating but it helps me not binge all the time. I used to be 260lbs so I have a fear of gaining the weight back. After I get to 135ish lbs then I'll probably just do 2000cals a day with one day at 3500cals since I'm pretty active most days.
