Gordon Ramsey's meatball recipe. Just use only beef instead of a beef/veal mixture. They taste better anyway.

Wife used to do it his way until we discovered that just plain beef was better. Trust me, you'd love my wife's balls in your mouth.

OP here reporting back in. The meatballs were DELISH but the sauce was nothing short of total failure, it's like a thin tomato soup. It doesn't stick to or cover the spaghetti or balls at all.
Oh well....

why did you need to make them in 20 minutes?

why didn't you start earlier?


also this stuff is pretty good, use this next time and add your own seasonings to it. if you're going to use just tomatoes you'll have to cook them for a bit

If you like creamy sauces, make tomato sauce that you boil down to a thick slurry at a low temperature then just pour in a bunch of cream and stir. I like to use add large amounts of chili and parsley to this.

meatballs will work, as will diced ham or sausage.
