This is the best way to have an egg. What type of bread is your choice.

Prove me wrong faggots.

Protip: you can't

Poached, on toast, with mushroom ragu.

>No peppers mushrooms onions or hot sauce

Summer can't end soon enough

>hot sauce

damn right it can't end soon enough faggot

Toast strips dipped in soft-boiled egg are the best. You leave the egg in its shell and just rest it on a shot glass or egg cupper or whatever you have, then crack the top off and mix it together with a little salt and then start the dipping. It's so quick and simple to make that if your parents are fighting and your coke whore mother calls the cops your dad can still make it for you before they show up. I like it with dry whole wheat toast, myself.

This always used to make me so happy when my mom made it.

There's no single best way to eat eggs. There's lots of great ways to eat eggs.
I don't think I ever have eggs the same way twice in a row. If I scramble them one day, then the next time I'll poach them, then the next time, I'll make soft boiled eggs with toast soldiers, then the next time, I'll scramble them, then next I'll make shirred eggs, then egg "muffins, then fried eggs, and on and on.
Eggs are a beautiful food with fantastic versatility.

Prick

>There's no single best way to eat eggs.
Eating with your mouth is objectively the best way to eat eggs.

>hot sauce
Underage faggot

How do you tell when a poached egg is done cooking?

Am I supposed to poke it or what?

>hot sauce
Fucking kill yourself you homosexual piece of shit. Fuckin underage faggot fuck.

Check to see if all the ivory has been removed.

>he doesn't slurp up eggs through his nose

Needs cheese.

just time it 2-3 min i think

>mushroom ragu
Sounds good. How does one make this delicacy?

>bread
>not placing your egg on top of hash browns
>no artful striations of hot sauce across the surface

>not rectally inserting whole eggs and cracking them with an internal sphincter

It's different for everyone and depends on where you are. I lived at 5900 feet altitude and it took about 5 minutes on low heat, then moved to 9000+ feet altitude and it takes a little bit of a longer time at a medium heat. You get a knack for it the more you make them.

I boil the water first and let it cool down to where there's no more bubbling, then slip the eggs in. Bit of salt in the water. I used to use a splash of vinegar, but when I moved to a higher elevation it made my water cloudy for some reason.

you have to take the water OUT of the pan before you scramble it, silly!

The best way to have eggs is fried and placed on top of a pile of hash browns.

Scrambled eggs are shit and only people who think runny yolk = death enjoy that rubbery garbage

The only exception for scrambled eggs is breakfast burritos

>Scrambled eggs
>rubbery

do you only eat scrambled eggs at hotels in the midwest or something

You know it's entirely possible to make scrambled eggs without overcooking them and having them turn rubbery, right?

Neanderthals, plz go.

>being over 18
>still eating scrambled eggs

If you think scrambled eggs should be rubbery then you probably think fried eggs should be black on the bottom.

>this much shit taste in one post

did you come here from some normie tier shit like buzzfeed or something? you are beyond faggot

>he doesn't crush the egg shell into a fine powder to snort it and then inject the egg into his veins

fucking plebs

Best toast for egg:

Sourdough
Tomato basil bread
Brioche

All others are pleb tier

quads confirm

If you can't cook good scrambled eggs what the fuck are you doing on a cooking board? Did you misclick /co/?

...

Fried over easy, not poach

disagree

poaching allows a little bit of salt to flavor the egg through osmosis

fried eggs you can put salt on top but it just isn't the same

poached is best

Is that ground pepper on top?

I've been eating 3 eggs for breakfast for 2.5 years now, and OP's picture is still my favorite.

In order of times eaten:
>fried eggs, runny yolk, on plain bread/toast
>same thing but on a grilled (high protein) cheese
>Scrambled eggs on a tortilla with hummus
>Scrambled eggs on plain bread/toast
>plain omelette with mayo on plain bread/toast
>Bacon omelette on plain bread/toast
>veggie omelette on plain bread/toast
>boiled eggs + plain bread/toast
>soft boiled eggs + toast
>saturated french toast (calorie bomb, reaaally tasty)
etc.

those are sunny side up, not over easy.

I don't know why but scrambled eggs on toast isn't as appealing to me as a poached or over easy egg on top instead.

Poached on top of toast with Marmite and butter.
I'm partial to a bit of hot sauce sometimes as well.
Scrambled I usually reserve for a toasted sandwich with bacon and/or sausages. Same with fried.

I learnt to enjoy scrambled eggs through many botched egg crackings where I split the yolk when I wanted poached egg.

thats a good feel user
