Well, I can think of 4 things that I wouldn't want and I would just wrap that up as '1' thing.

F3(0, 0, 0, 0) = 1
F3(Rape, Death, Suicide, Trap) = 1

...

The only way the whole thing would be zero is if one (or more) of the OR statements in the parentheses is zero, so yeah, it's probably relevant.

Protip: take the negation of F3

Isn't this just product of sums? If so then you already have the maxterms spelled out for you.

I took maxterms and put 0 in them and 1 everywhere else ! Is this the answer?!

Go through all clauses, find the 9 options that are 0, the other 7 are 1

conjunctive normal form
